Institut Curie selects RayStation for proton planning By Investing.com

STOCKHOLM, Nov. 7, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — RaySearch Laboratories AB (publ) is happy to announce that Institut Curie, unfold over three radiotherapy facilities, situated in Paris, Orsay, and Saint-Cloud, France, has positioned an order for the therapy planning system RayStation ®. Institut Curie is a part of the French hospital community Unicancer, and the order was positioned beneath the Unicancer 2019 Framework settlement.

RayStation will primarily assist the Institut Curie Proton Remedy Middle in Orsay, which is considered one of three proton facilities in France, all of which are actually outfitted with RayStation.

The acquisition will give Institut Curie entry to superior RayStation know-how resembling LET optimization, adaptive planning and AI autocontouring capabilities, for each proton and photon therapy planning.
