KYIV (Reuters) – Ten folks, together with two youngsters, have been killed and 52 have been injured on Sunday evening when a Russian missile hit a residential nine-storey constructing in Ukraine’s northeastern area of Sumy, Ukraine’s emergency companies and navy stated.
“Sunday evening for the city of Sumy became hell, a tragedy that Russia brought to our land,” Volodymyr Artyukh, the top of the Sumy navy administration stated in a put up on the administration’s Telegram messaging channel.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine stated on Telegram that rescuers and all vital companies continued to work on the scene and psychologists have been offering help to these affected.
Greater than 400 folks have been evacuated, the Service added.
